These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Drover Insights website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site
   You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site (except via standard search engine indexing)

• Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

2. Services; Other Agreements
   The Site may describe services offered by Drover Insights LLC (“Drover,” “we,” “us”).
   If you engage Drover for paid services, your separate written agreement (e.g., MSA/SOW/proposal) will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

   
   

3. User Submissions (Forms, Chat, Messages)
   If you submit information through the Site (e.g., contact forms, chat, scheduling requests), you grant us permission to use that information to:

• Respond to your request

• Provide the Site and our services

• Improve our operations and support
  You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Communications; Text Messages and Calls
   By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree we may contact you at that number/email regarding your inquiry, scheduling, and related communications.
   If you opt in to receive SMS messages, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP (or using any method provided in the message).
   We do not guarantee message delivery timing or availability.

   
   

5. Intellectual Property
   The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Drover Insights LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
   You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content without prior written consent, except for normal web browsing and caching.

   The Site may include or link to third-party services (e.g., scheduling tools, analytics, embedded media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms.

   THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROVER INSIGHTS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drover Insights LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated.
    Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
